The IT department at Visma Services Sweden has 15 employees organized in two groups, the operations and technology group and the customer start-up and applications group. The vacancy is at Visma Services Romania Sibiu.
About the work
You will be a part of the Visma Services Sibiu.
You will belong to support group together with 4 colleagues in Sweden and 2 in Romania. You will have tight contact with your colleagues in Sweden over voice and/or video communication software and email. Normal work tasks can be handling support Tickets about troubleshooting, change in set-up or user accounts in the accounting system, but other systems as well. You will also handle accounting related support in the Accounting system.
Your profile
We are looking for a sharp and enthusiastic person with a big interest for IT. You probably have a background within Accounting. As a person you are easy to cooperate with and can speak fluent English. You must also be good in writing English.
